Amen
Three young sisters — the teenagers Sara and Ester and the youngest, Miriam—live in a rural farmhouse with their father, Armando, and their grandmother, Paolina. Subjugated by a religious obscurantism that entrusts every aspect of their upbringing to the Old Testament, the girls have been taught since birth to suppress every instinct. Their father has instilled in them respect for authority and the labor of the land, while their grandmother keeps them under control through oppressive rituals of penance and confession. But what will happen to Sara, Ester, and Miriam when another grandson, the mature and silent Primo, arrives at the farmhouse?
